When ordering a custom piece 50% deposit is required and the rest will be due upon shipping.
Resizing or changes made to existing pieces are considered custom but do not require a 50% deposit.

With proper care your jewelry is made to last for generations. But your piece is delicate and not indestrucatble and needs to be cared for properly– please see below a list of instructions and recommendations for keeping your piece in perfect condition.
Clean Regularly: in between professional cleans you can soak your piece in warm soapy water (recommended for natural gemstones) for a few minutes, then brush lightly with a very soft toothbrush, rinse with water and pat dry.
Use a soft polishing cloth to gently buff the surface and bring back its luster.
Store with Care: Keep your jewelry in a fabric-lined case or a soft pouch, separate from other pieces to avoid scratches.
Keep In a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Avoid Chemicals: Exposure to chemicals can tarnish your precious pieces. Remove your jewelry before applying perfumes, lotions, or when swimming in chlorinated water.
Take Off During Heavy Tasks: To prevent damage, remove your jewelry during tasks that may cause excessive wear, such as exercising, swimming, working out, gardening or cleaning.

All in stock orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. If your item is made-to-order, please allow 3-6 weeks for crafting, as each piece is carefully handmade.

I am in no way responsible for lost or stolen items and if you are purchasing high value items I recommend purchasing additional insurance.

Because each piece is handmade I do not accept returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
Exchanges are offered at my discretion but please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
Customs are final. Resizing or changes to an existing piece is will be considered a custom.

I am happy to offer repairs on any Chel jewelry free of charge due to normal wear and tear. Anything that has been damaged due to carelessness will be assessed and worked on at a fair labor and material rate.
